  • All seafood products listed are subject to availability.
  • As our products are freshly sourced from Andaman and delivered by flight, availability may vary depending on catch and seasonal conditions.
  • Product images are for representation purposes only; the actual product may slightly differ in size, color, or appearance.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.
  • We accept major online payment methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets).

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or flight schedules.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the time of delivery.

5. Freshness & Quality

  • We guarantee that all seafood is freshly packed and shipped from Andaman.
  • Products are handled with care, packed with ice/insulation, and shipped via fastest transport to maintain freshness.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of seafood, refunds or returns are only applicable in cases of:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged or spoiled product upon arrival (with proof provided within 2 hours of delivery)
  • Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for detailed terms.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for refrigerating/freezing the product immediately upon receipt.
  • We are not liable for spoilage caused by delays in storage or mishandling after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Jemins Andaman Sea Foods shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
